Q: How do I purchase tickets?
A: Advance tickets for festival admission, workshops, and Gala Show will be available at Brown Paper Tickets. Admission can also be paid at the door, as long as space remains available. Please note that admission at the door is cash only (there are a number of ATMs in the area around the Vets Hall.) For more information on pricing, click here.
Q: Are there "In & Out" privileges or do attendees need to stay at the Festival?
A: It's no problem to leave and re-enter the Festival hall!
Q: Will there be food available at the Festival?
A: There are lots of great downtown cafés and restaurants within easy walking distance of the Vets Hall.
Q: Is the Vets Hall air conditioned?
A: The Vets Hall isn't air conditioned, but it typically stays about 20 degrees cooler than the ambient outside temperature, due to its historical construction and coastal proximity. Temperatures inside the Hall have been very comfortable even though the days can be warm...and large fans are available if the management of the Hall determines they are needed to keep attendees comfortable.
Q: Will there be shopping at the Gala Show intermission?
A: Yes! The vendors stay through the end of the intermission.
Q: Can I bring flyers for upcoming events?
A: Absolutely, please do! A table will be available for distribution of flyers, handouts, business cards, etc.
Q: My plans have changed. Can I get a refund for my online ticket purchase?
A: No refunds; however, tickets are transferable. You are welcome to re-sell your ticket.
Q: May I take photographs at Coastal Belly Fest? Are professional photographers welcome? What about video?
Photography and video for personal use are welcome at the festival! Please contact Coastal Belly Fest in advance for authorization, and click below for Coastal Belly Fest's guidelines for photography and video.
