*Setareh*

*Setareh* is a professional dancer based in the San Francisco Bay Area. She appears regularly in performance, often with live music, and teaches dance in weekly classes, private instruction, and specialty workshops. *Setareh* also joyfully produces some of the longest-running belly dance events in the Bay Area and Central Coast region, including Santa Cruz Raks Belly Dance Showcase. She is the artistic director of the improvisational dance group Nour El Ain Dance Company and a founding member of Elyxr Danse Oriental Moderne and improvisational musical ensemble OvOom.
